Poor image quality

The issue is that a JPG background image is re-scaled within wimpy in order to allow the skin to display at various sizes. In the process of re-scaling the background image, 100% accurate re-scaling does NOT occur. The reason for this is because there is a limit to the "float" value of certain calculations -- which means that certain figures are rounded.

Ultimately, this means that the presentation on the background image is not pixel for pixel -- some pixel scale does occur. Which accounts for the incorrect display of the 1 pixel border.
