SWF video is squished or off-center

1. When the video was imported into Flash, it was centered on the main stage and is not the same width and height as the main stage. Try setting the width and height of the main stage to the same width and height of the video.

2. There are other movie clips or objects on the main stage -- other than just the video. Try moving the other objects so that they are within the boundaries of the main stage, or remove them all-together.

3. There is actionscript within your movie that is causing the video object to move. Double check to see if there is any Actionscript within your movie that is affecting the video object.
